Gregory has been licensed since 1997, starting his career with residential, investment properties and property management. During the last major market downturn, he brokered and managed properties
for nationwide financial institutions such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo and PNC. He joined NIA as a Vice President in early 2017 to partner with Richard Brock and today he handles retail, office, industrial and investment properties in Northern NJ with
a focus on Paramus and surrounding markets. Gregory’s specialty is working with landlords and investors to discover new opportunities and uncover value. His hard work and aggressiveness in getting deals done for his clients has won him a loyal following in
the business.
Gregory earned his BA in Information Systems from Rutgers and New Jersey Institute of Technology and worked for a Wall Street investment bank in Manhattan before leaving to follow his passion for real estate. A lifelong Bergen County resident, he currently lives with his family in Paramus and owns/manages commercial and residential properties in his own portfolio. |
