Founded in 1986 by our President, Roger Gross, Broker of Record, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) member and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), NIA has 6 employees and we’re growing. As a “boutique” firm, we’re able to give our clients senior attention while maintaining a solid command of our active market. The NIA team of professionals is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate, working with sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
